Shipping Information
We currently ship across the United States and aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping transit times may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, weather conditions, and product availability. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate and complete.
Certain oversized, specialty, drop-ship, or high-demand items may require additional processing or handling time. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.
Bell Tower Equestrian Imports is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the shipment has been transferred to the carrier.
