Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable.
The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Used or damaged items
- Personalized or special-order products
- Certain hygiene-related products
Return requests must be submitted within the eligible return period. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged during transit.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by Bell Tower Equestrian Imports.
Approved refunds may be issued to the original payment method or, at the discretion of Bell Tower Equestrian Imports, as store credit to the customer account. Store credits issued are non-transferable and may be applied toward future purchases.
Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow reasonable processing time for refunds to appear on your account.
To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return before sending any items back.
Bell Tower Equestrian Imports reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
